Why I Created Cindaro
My background is in technology and project management. Earlier in my career, I managed data center consolidations and other complex technology projects for companies including Samsung and AT&T. Along the way, I earned a Master of Information Technology from Virginia Tech and became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
That experience taught me that technology performs best when someone takes clear responsibility for it—not only during implementation, but long after launch.
Too often, small-business websites are treated as one-time projects. A business pays to have a website built and launched, only to be left managing updates, hosting, security, performance, and everything else on its own.
I created Cindaro because small-business owners deserve more than a website that looks good on launch day. They deserve a dependable partner who remains involved, keeps the website working properly, and helps it evolve alongside the business.
