Can I cancel anytime?

Cindaro operates on a 36-month service agreement, so early cancellations are not available. This structure allows us to provide a professional website and ongoing service at a predictable monthly cost.

During your subscription, Cindaro manages and maintains your website as part of the service. At the end of your 36-month term, you have the option to purchase your website and take full ownership.

What’s included in my monthly plan?

Every plan includes professional website design, secure hosting, performance optimization, ongoing updates, maintenance, and built-in security. You get a fully managed website so you can focus on running your business.

How do website updates work?

Each plan includes a set number of monthly updates. You can request changes through your client dashboard, and our team will handle them for you. If you prefer, you also have the flexibility to make updates yourself.

How long does it take to launch?

Most websites are launched within a few weeks, depending on how quickly content is provided and feedback is completed during the process.

What happens after I sign up?

After signing up, you’ll begin a structured onboarding process where we gather your business information, content, and preferences. From there, we design and build your website while keeping you updated every step of the way.
